This blog started out simply as a progress journal of our house-building adventure. Over the years, other things have naturally worked into the “conversation.” It was hit & miss with fairly large and long but infrequent, sporadic posts.
In 2009, I decided to try to do more regular entries. Nothing fancy, just short & sweet snippets of our daily lives. I’d like the kids to be able to look back and see the journey of our family life through the years. I’d like our future grandchildren and their grandchildren to get a feel for what life was like for us (assuming these things are somehow archived through the years).
It may not be exciting. It may not be terribly interesting to anyone but ourselves. But it’s serving its purpose well: recording the flavor of our lives, one day at a time.
