While you’re bundled up trying to stay warm, I’ll be wearing sandles, shorts, sunglasses, me traitorous OU hat and enjoying a day Sea World (it’s only a 5 minute drive!) with the kids.
You got a whole lot more than we did. By the time morning came (and an opportunity for a photo) it was pretty much gone except for the rooftops that pointed north. Nice chance for the kids to play with the stuff, though. That’s an important part of childhood, IMO. Don’t let your kids catch YOU playing with it, though. I remember No. 1 coming home with some date material catching me out on the patio building a snowman (when we lived in Illinois). She STILL reminds me of that as though she’d caught me in some sortof compromising position!
While I do miss the snow…you can keep it.
